These load cells integrate innovative<\/strong> electronics with a multi-protocol<\/strong> communication interface for connectivity to standard industrial Ethernet networks (PROFINET, EtherNet\/IP<\/strong>…). To facilitate their integration into the network and shorten their implementation, the sensors offer a dual<\/strong> Ethernet port with internal switch and a web server for configuration.<\/div>\n

DVX and DVS load cells are made of stainless steel with an IP68 \/ IP69K<\/strong> protection level well suited for wet<\/strong> environments and high-pressure<\/strong> washing. Designed to be integrated into rotary filling machines, they offer high resistance<\/strong> to accidental overloads<\/strong> and lateral forces to withstand rough handling of the bottles.<\/div>\n

The EHEDG-certified hygienic design makes the DVS<\/strong> ideal for applications with stringent sanitary<\/strong> standards, such as food<\/strong> and beverage<\/strong> and pharmaceutical<\/strong> industries<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

To meet the need for high accuracy at high measurement<\/strong> rates, DVX and DVS load cells incorporate a 24-bit<\/strong> analog-to-digital<\/strong> converter and powerful digital filters to attenuate vibration<\/strong> and mechanical disturbances<\/strong>.\u00a0 The sensors are also equipped with logical inputs\/outputs<\/strong> for autonomous process control.<\/div>\n
