Examples of aggressive liquids include: <strong>solvent tank<\/strong>, <strong>sulfuric acid tank<\/strong>, <strong>diethyl ether tank<\/strong>, <strong>ammonia tank<\/strong>, <strong>toluene tank<\/strong>, <strong>hydrochloric acid tank<\/strong>, <strong>chlorine tank<\/strong>, <strong>acetone tank<\/strong>, <strong>bases and acids, solvents, corrosive liquids, hydrocarbons, perfumes and alcohols, detergents, bleach, cleaning water, seawater<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To measure the level of <strong>aggressive liquids<\/strong>, ATMI has developed some suitable detectors and regulators. These level detectors have a double seal and an anti-corrosion coating which allows them to be used without problem in aggressive liquids. Stopping or starting the tank is done by tilting the detector when the liquid reaches the decided level. A contact is then made with the control cabinet which stops or starts the filling of the tank.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>ATMI detectors for aggressive liquids<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Detectores ATMI para l\u00edquidos agresivos\" src=\"https:\/\/www.garmasl.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Agressiv-liquids.png\" alt=\"Detectores ATMI para l\u00edquidos agresivos\" width=\"250\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Two ATMI detectors for aggressive liquids are available: the <strong>SOBA HR HY float level switch<\/strong> and the <strong>AT 120 HR HY foat level switch<\/strong>. These detectors allow the draining and filling functions with <strong>high<\/strong> and <strong>low<\/strong> level alarms. They have the advantage of being easy to install and use. In addition, these level float level switches require no maintenance due to their biconical shape. They are totally ecological.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> AT 120 HY HR<\/strong> detector has the particularity of being usable in aggressive and agitated liquid and thanks to its wide angle of switching of <strong>120<\/strong> \u00b0 which avoids the risks of blows on the motors with pumps.
