eNod4: A function weighing high performance for robots Scneider Electric

 

As part of the partnership CAPP, Schneider Electric and Scaime combine to offer solutions of weighing especially developed for a simple and quick integration in an automated system.

 

Meeting needs of suppleness of OEM and integral filters systems, eNod4 offers a connectivité validated with robots Schneider Electric M340, M238 and M258. He also introduces many characteristics making his integration easier:

 

• Regulating of the Number of knot and of the speed of communication directly on module.
• Access to the entirety of parametres and of functions by the bus decommunication robot.
• 2 entries and 4 entirely parametric logical exits.
• Preregulating manufactures allowing the exchange of a module without losing the calibration

 

To control any processes of weighing with the most efficient distribution of tasks with the robot, eNod4 is available with three integrated software applications:

 

• In version transmitter, ENod4-T allows a simple and quick transmission of weighty measure and an offer of many functions of weighing such as the calibration, Zero, Tare or control of thresholds.

 

• In version proportion, ENod4-D includes functions devoted to weight mono-produced proportion. From programmable parametres, he controls a cycle of proportion up to 3 speed in filling or in dépesage.

 

• In version checkweigher, ENod4-C includes functions devoted to dynamic weighing. He accomplishes acquisitions at very high speed and calculates automatically a value of exploitable weight for any application of control or weight sorting.

To make its implementation easier, eNod4 also have a harbour USB for the definition of parametres and the perfecting with the aid of eNodView software.
