eNod4-fr: An inspector of uninterrupted weighing for measuring glasses at a loss of weight
SCAIME introduces the inspector of weighing ENod4-frs, conceived for the applications of weighing and continuous proportion. This inspector gives applicatives complete functions and connectivité with the main robots of the market. Based on a modular and progressive concept, he can constitute as well a system of autonomous weighing as integrate with the most complex automated systems.
eNod4-fr allows to construct a complete system of differential proportion at a loss of weight. He determines the debit by weight loss and totals continuous weight. ENod4-fr assures a constant and definite debit thanks to an auto-adjustable regulator PID coupled with the automatic management of gravimétriques stages of proportion and of volumetric stages of recharging of the vat.
eNod4 give a complete connectivité in networks Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, CANOPEN, PROFIBUS-DP, PROFINET, EtherNet / IP or EtherCAT. He can be linked, optionally, to the touch screens of the eNodTouch range. Available in several dimensions, This IHM allows to configurer and to control from 1 to 6 eNod4 and allow use of eNod4 without robot.
For his implementation and his definition of parametres, eNod4 is given with eNodView software. This tool also gives functions evolved of acquisition and simulation of the signal for the analysis of mechanical disturbances, optimisation of filtration and regulating of the parametres of PID.
With this new inspector of weighing, SCAIME supplements its offer intended for producers of machines and for engineering. The range eNod4 is now capable of taking care of the applications of surveillance of level (model T), of weight control-sorting (model C), proportions-fillings gravimétrique (Model D), of weighing on band (model B) or of uninterrupted proportion (model F), covering so all the needs in weighing of the chain of supply.
