Static torquemeter

At Garma Electrónica, our non-rotating torque transducers (also known as reactive or static torque transducers) are specifically designed for reaction torque measurements across a wide range of industrial applications.

They are completely wear-free and, like all of our torque sensors, engineered in such a way that the limit shear force and limit thrust load (as specified in our technical data) cause only minimal strain on the sensor element, ensuring they do not affect the measurement result.

By default, they provide an analog, unamplified strain gauge bridge output signal in mV/V. Optionally, our reactive torque transducers can be supplied with an extended temperature range of -30 °C to +120 °C.

Typical applications include: reaction torque measurements on extruders, test bench setups, screwdriver and nutrunner testing, determination of bearing friction torques, and many other industrial scenarios requiring high precision and reliability.
