DA03 Differential Pressure Gauge for Industrial Processes | Fischer
Política de entrega (editar con el módulo de Información de seguridad y confianza para el cliente)
The Fischer DA03 is a mechanical differential pressure gauge designed to measure and monitor differential pressure in liquids and gases within demanding industrial processes.
Unlike compact transmitters primarily intended for HVAC applications, the DA03 is designed for process installations involving high static pressure, aggressive media, vibration, pressure pulsation and severe environmental conditions.
The product family covers differential-pressure ranges from low mbar values to high bar ranges, depending on the measuring cell, pressure rating and selected configuration. Versions are available for PN40, PN100 and PN160 pressure levels.
Its measuring system uses two mechanically connected diaphragms. The difference between the pressures applied to the high- and low-pressure chambers produces a proportional displacement that is transferred to the indicating pointer.
The design includes one-sided overload protection. When one chamber is subjected to pressure beyond the measuring range, the internal transfer fluid supports the measuring diaphragms and compensates for the forces applied.
The DA03 can be configured as a local indicator or equipped with electrical alarm contacts for minimum and maximum limit monitoring. Inductive contacts, snap-action contacts, low-action contacts and an angular-position transmitter are available, depending on the selected version.
Different material combinations, including stainless steel and Hastelloy C276 versions, enable the instrument to be adapted to corrosive fluids and chemical applications. Diaphragm seals can also be considered for particularly demanding process conditions.
As a Fischer distributor, Garma Electrónica provides technical support for selecting the correct measuring range, materials, nominal pressure, process connections and switching contacts.
The Fischer DA03 directly compares two pressures within an installation. This measurement is used to monitor pressure losses, verify equipment performance and identify abnormal process conditions.
Differential pressure upstream and downstream of a filter indicates its degree of contamination. The DA03 provides clear local indication and, when fitted with contacts, can generate an alarm when the defined limit is reached.
The instrument can monitor pressure differences across pumps, hydraulic circuits, heat exchangers, valves and other process equipment. Its high static-pressure resistance is particularly useful when the measured differential pressure is small compared with the total system pressure.
Stainless-steel and Hastelloy versions allow the DA03 to be used with compatible corrosive media. Diaphragm-seal configurations can be considered for particularly aggressive, viscous or high-temperature fluids.
Its rugged construction, IP65 protection and optional case filling make it suitable for marine installations, offshore plants and machinery exposed to vibration or rapid pressure fluctuations.
The DA03 is suitable for monitoring filters, pumps, heat exchangers and auxiliary circuits in power plants, industrial machinery and process installations.
Optional electrical contacts turn the gauge into a monitoring device. Limit values can be used to generate alarms, stop equipment or signal a control system when differential pressure exceeds the permitted level.
Fischer offers ATEX configurations for selected DA03 versions. Selection must consider the hazardous-area classification, contact type, gas or dust group and maximum permitted temperature.
The following application data should be defined before selecting the gauge configuration:
